Attention Parents and Students! The gradebook is up to date. Please review your grade and see how well you are doing, or if you need to improve. As you notice, I have 7 grades for Periods 1A-3A, and 5 grades for Periods 4B and 5B. At this point, 1 or 2 grades can really affect your grade. When we take a test, which is coming up for B day students this Thursday and for A day students next Tuesday, your grade can be affected. This occurs, because tests are worth more than homework assignments.

Parents, please make sure your child is writing down and completing their homework assignments. Practicing helps them retain the information recieved, which will in return help when I assess their retention on tests. Thanks for all of your support. Mrs. Singleton

Homework:
Periods 1A-3A - complete 2-3 handouts on Dividing Fractions. Complete both handouts front and back.

All classes should be working on their 60 minutes of ODYSSEY for the week. You can check your times, by going to your backpack and pulling up the week then click on reports. This breaks down the time spent on each assignment. Add up all the times and you should be 60 minutes or over. I printed up the reports for the week of 9/7-9/12 and will be entering in the grades this afternoon and tomorrow.

Parents: Please make sure your child is writing in their planners and completing all homework assigned. They need to make sure they are practicing the concepts being taught in class so they can succeed in mastering the math standards. Thank you for your support at home!
