We will be in the computer lab the next couple of days working on I-ready.  Students will not be given homework.



Field Trip Information & Deadlines

May 13 – Jacksonville Zoo
Student Information
Cost: $8.00 includes lunch and admission for students
Cost for Parent Chaperones $4.00 – includes admission and lunch ( no fee for bus) MUST BE PAID WITH STUDENT PAYMENT.
Deadline: Permission slips and CASH ONLY due by Friday, May 9th.
All payments & permission slips go to Ms. Coombs or Mr. Hollenbeck
Departure from school:  8:15 a.m.  Arrival back at school: 2:00 p.m.

Chaperones:
Chaperones must be approved by Duval County Schools .  Go the DCPS website if you are not registered but want to chaperone.  You can register online.
Chaperones MUST sign in at the front office when they arrive at school.  Once signed in you will be directed to the meeting area for the trip.  
Chaperones must stay with their assigned students at all times during the duration of the field trip.
Parents can ride the bus or drive but students are required to ride the bus unless a special release form is signed.
Parking – please park in the fenced area in front of the school or in the back grassy area on Minerva.
You will be assigned a group of children including your child to supervise when you arrive for the field trip.  Please plan to be at school 30 minutes before departure time.
